Fillet mignon medallions w/two eggs, any style, topped with our home made béarnaise sauce.

Two eggs any style, tomato compote, and fresh spinach.

Scrambled Eggs
Applewood bacon, honey cured ham, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes
 and jack cheese.

Crab Cakes Benedict
Two poached eggs served over two blue crab cakes and served w/roasted garlic aioli and cajun hollandaise.

Rib Eye Hash
 Two poached eggs served over our homemade hash topped with
béarnaise sauce.

Pork Chops & Eggs
  Eggs any style served with our homemade hash Browns topped with our delicious home made  béarnaise sauce.
